The hotel was super comfortable with a large double bed, spacious toilet and shower. They even had a barrier to operate. However, I wished they had a coffee machine in the room. Service was bordering on incompetent, but they did provide room service, housekeeping, laundry, and assistance with tours and tickets. The location was spectacular, situated in a beautiful old train station. The dining experience was disappointing considering the cost, especially with cold eggs Benedict and mediocre food. On the bright side, there was a wide variety of breakfast options available, but the prices were high. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a great location, but the service and dining could use some improvement.
